Karen Letteney, DVM
Veterinarian
Dr. Karen Letteney grew up in Gardiner, Maine, and currently resides in Wiscasset, Maine. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Maine Orono, and her DVM degree from Kansas State University. Dr. Letteney joined Boothbay Animal Hospital after completing a small animal rotating internship at an emergency and specialty practice in Kansas City, Kansas. Her special interests include surgery and dentistry.
Outside of work, Dr. Letteney enjoys reading, walking in the woods with her dogs and spending time on the water. She and her partner have 6 dogs, 2 cats and a horse.
