Position Details

• Role: Veterinary Receptionist
• Status: Full-time
• Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
• Schedule: Two 8 am - 6 pm shifts, two 8 am - 5 pm shifts, every other Saturday 9 am - 1 pm

About the role:

We’re seeking an experienced receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced setting. You’ll manage a high call volume, schedule appointments, maintain accurate records, and provide a warm, professional experience for clients and their pets.

Key responsibilities include:

• Greeting clients and managing front desk flow
• Answering phones and coordinating a multi-doctor schedule
• Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
• Communicating clearly with clients and the medical team
• Supporting patient flow and hospital organization 

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Organized, reliable, and a strong multitasker
• Compassionate and confident in client communication
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Experienced in veterinary settings (preferred)
